FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Leaders from Visit Fort Wayne, the Fort Wayne Zoo, Fort Wayne TinCaps, and Blue Jacket gathered on Tuesday to unveil the new Fort Wayne Light Fest Combo Ticket.
Ahead of this holiday season, the groups say it will combine three holiday light experiences into one convenient offer that will be good for any day each event is open.
The following was released:
This holiday season, visitors and local families can experience three of Fort Wayne’s most beloved seasonal attractions with one convenient discounted ticket. Beginning today, guests can purchase the new Fort Wayne Light Fest Combo Ticket at FortWayneLightFest.org, providing admission to Blue Jacket’s Fantasy of Lights, Fort Wayne Zoo’s Wild Lights, and Parkview Field’s Holiday Lights event at a special bundled price.
The new package offers exceptional value for families while making it easier than ever for visitors to experience the magic of Fort Wayne during the holiday season. The combo ticket is also the only way to secure “any day” admission for both Fort Wayne Zoo’s Wild Lights and Parkview Field’s Holiday Lights, providing maximum flexibility during the busy holiday season.
Whether traveling from out of town or creating a holiday tradition close to home, guests can enjoy three distinctly different holiday experiences through a single purchase.“Fort Wayne shines during the holiday season, and this partnership showcases some of the very best experiences our community has to offer,” said Jill Boggs, President & CEO of Visit Fort Wayne. “By bringing these attractions together in one convenient package, we’re making it easier for residents and visitors alike to celebrate the season, explore our city, and create lasting holiday memories with family and friends.”
The collaboration continues to build on the growing success of Fort Wayne’s expanding holiday event lineup, which now draws guests from throughout northeast Indiana and beyond.
“We are thrilled to be bringing Wild Lights back for its second season and have been overwhelmed by the way our community embraced this new holiday tradition in its inaugural year,” said Rick Schuiteman, Executive Director & CEO of the Fort Wayne Zoo. “This partnership allows even more families to experience the wonder of Wild Lights while discovering the variety of holiday experiences available throughout Fort Wayne.”
Now entering its third year as a holiday destination, Parkview Field continues to expand its winter offerings.
“What started as a new way to activate Parkview Field during the offseason has quickly become a cherished holiday tradition for many families,” said Mike Nutter, President of the Fort Wayne TinCaps. “As we celebrate our third year of Holiday Lights, we’re excited to introduce new experiences around the ballpark and work alongside these outstanding community partners to create even more reasons for families to visit Fort Wayne this winter.”
Blue Jacket’s Fantasy of Lights, one of the region’s longest-running holiday traditions, continues to evolve with new experiences and partnerships.
“It’s exciting to see holiday light events continuing to grow throughout our community, creating opportunities for families to make memories together all season long,” said Tony Hudson, CEO of Blue Jacket, Inc. “This year, we’re especially excited to partner with YLNI to bring an updated Holiday Market experience to Fantasy of Lights, adding even more holiday cheer while celebrating local makers, vendors, and community connections.”
