UPDATE:
IDNOT says that the ramp closure scheduled to start on Monday has been postponed due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts

ALLEN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced the temporary closure of the westbound U.S. 24 on-ramp to southbound I-69.
Starting on or after September 11, crews will be repaving the on-ramp as part of the ongoing construction in the area.
Work is expected to take approximately one week. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
INDOT says that during the closure, westbound U.S. 24 drivers looking to access southbound I-69 should use northbound I-69 to the State Road 14/Illinois Road exit, mile marker 305, and reconnect with southbound I-69, or seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
