GREENCASTLE, Ind. (ADAMS) – An auto parts maker in Greencastle has sent pink slips to most of its workers. International Automotive Components this week announced it’s laying off 125 workers.
The union representing the workers says people will lose their jobs next month.
IAC makes car door handles, dashboards and consoles. Once the Greencastle plant closes that work will be done in Michigan.
More than 200 people work at the plant, so it’s not clear just who will be losing their job.
